Customer Issue: This restaurant owner didn’t want to take any chances after seeing a rat run across the nearby street.
Our Solution: Our first step was to check every door and window for access points, and added a steel wool seal to the bottom of the back kitchen door. The openings under the sinks also needed sealing. Fortunately, no existing rat or mouse holes were found behind the furniture or in the cabinets.

Customer Issue: Mice in the house.
Our Solution: We searched the kitchen, where the 'encounter' occurred and found tiny holes behind the cabinets. We sealed them and then proceeded to look in the attic, where we found shredded paper, some droppings and a nest. We immediately placed a number of humane traps around the attic and then, a couple of days later, removed the caught mice and cleared the area from all remnants of the nesting material.

Customer Issue: Poor attic insulation.
Our Solution: We covered the walls and joists with spray foam insulation to stop air leakage and improve Mr. Morris’ home’s energy efficiency. We also worked through the crawl space doors and vent covers to further isolate the attic from the air outside.

Customer Issue: Contaminated crawl space.
Our Solution: We cleaned out the crawl space and sprayed it with a bacteria-enzyme product which helped break the odors of feces and urine left behind by the culprits. The customer finally enjoyed a fresh and clean crawl space.

Customer Issue: This customer's home is located in some wooded hills where squirrels, mice, and rats continually enter his attic.
Our solution: We sealed off the attic, set traps and disposed of the infected insulation. We then replaced the insulation with blown fiberglass to achieve an R-38 standard depth.

Customer Issue: This customer's attic was full of dust, storm debris, and blown-in insulation that was no longer insulating properly.
Our solution: We cleaned the attic, sealed all air holes and replaced the insulation with new R-38 grade insulation. The owner noticed the difference immediately and was very pleased with the results.

Customer Issue: This customer had a major water leak that damaged his attic insulation and needed it removed and new insulation installed.
Our solution: We removed the damaged insulation and replaced it. The customer was very happy with the results and recommended our services to both his family and neighbors.
